Rob Angus

Since 1977 Rob has been immersed in real estate. Rob was first an owner of one of Victoria’s largest independent brokerages, later the owner/broker of a Re/Max franchise. Rob closed the Re/Max office to open his own boutique agency, Address Realty. Rob was the managing broker of Address Realty for more than 20 years and oversaw the growth of the company to 20 agents.  In 2014, Rob sold the business of Address Realty to Coldwell Banker Slegg Realty in order to enjoy more time working with his clients in real estate and less time working in the office.

Never one to sit on the sidelines, Rob has been involved at the Victoria Real Estate Board for many years. Rob was twice elected director of the VREB and has sat on or chaired virtually every committee. As a respected, long-time member of the Board, Rob currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee; dedicated to ensuring Realtor compliance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice.

Rob is adept at all facets of real estate: from commercial sales and leasing, project and new home marketing, to residential sales and re-sales. A special point of pride for Rob is his loyal and still-growing customer base. Clients who first worked with Rob in the 1980’s, still rely on Rob for real estate as do their ever-expanding circles of children, friends and co-workers that they recommend to Rob for real estate.

Rob Angus is a hands-on agent. Of course he has a professional support team of agents and staff to ensure 100% coverage during holidays or illness, but what Rob’s clients really appreciate is that when they call him, or recommend him to friends, it is Rob who personally goes to work for them.
