Hi, I'm Candace Keeling! As a volunteer firefighter and enthusiast of all things cheese, sushi, and adventure, I bring a unique energy to the world of real estate. With over a decade of experience, I've been a licensed realtor since 2013 and an active investor since 2010, when I purchased my first student rental property while attending Western University.

My passion for real estate only grew stronger after that, and I became one of the first realtors in London, Ontario to specialize in Airbnb rental properties in 2015.

I'm proud to offer dual expertise, holding licenses in both Ontario and British Columbia, and speaking both French and English fluently.

Having spent over a decade in London and moving to East Sooke in 2020 I possess in-depth knowledge of the local market and its trends on Vancouver Island. I manage my Ontario team remotely from the island so I'm here in person for your showings, listing presentations and more. In the last 4 years I've helped tons of people moving from other provinces and specialize in helping military members move as a veteran with key experience in getting posted and having lots of last minute changes accommodated. I'm an ideal partner for those relocating across provinces.
